". , . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 96-49 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> -3260 NORTH CHARLES STREET- <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of July, 1996, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission <br /> held a public hearing upon the petition of Debra K. Hancock to rezone premises described as: <br /> The West Two (2) acres of the South 198.66 feet of Lot Five (5) and the <br /> West One-Half of the North One-Half of Lot Six (6), all in Northside <br /> Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 335 Page 182 of the records in the <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County, lllinois, <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMII,Y RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT; and, <br /> VVHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be <br /> granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY TI-� CITY COUNCII, OF TI-� CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE <br /> FAMII,Y RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in <br /> Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all <br /> the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises <br /> above described herein. <br /> Section 4. That the zoning of said premises as set out herein shall be shown and verified on the <br /> District Zoning Map as in such Ordinance No. 3512 provided and said Districts be, and they aze hereby, <br /> amended and changed as herein set forth. <br /> PRESENTED,PASSED,APPROVED AND RECORDED this 29th day of July, 1996. <br /> TERRY M.
