<br /> 5. BUII�DINGS; SIGNS. No person shall make or cause to be made any

<br /> subject to all applicable provisions of the Building Ordinance and the Building
<br /> Code. An,�person or persons granted such ap�roval for anv such enclosure,
<br /> fence, si�n, archway, building or structure suspended over a street or extending
<br /> into a street more than fifteen (15) inches bevond the building line shall file with
<br /> the City a public liabilitv insurance policv with the City as a named insured,,
<br /> indemni ing the Cit��ainst loss or damage to person or property in the
<br /> minimum amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence,
<br /> combined sin le�; limit, and Two Million Dollars ($2.000,0001 ag�regate, with a
<br /> provision that the same may not be canceled except after thirty (30) days prior
<br /> notice to the Citv. Approval for such structures or signs granted as herein
<br /> provided shall be considered a privilege only and shall not be deemed to create
<br /> any vested right in the continuance of such structures or signs, and such
<br /> approval may be revoked in the same manner and by the same �y� officer
<br /> which granted the same.
<br /> Chapter 67.
<br /> 13. SIGNS. Billboards, sign boards and electrical signs shall be subject to
<br /> provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City. The owner or person in control
<br /> of a display sign suspended over a street or extending into a street more than
<br /> fifteen (15) inches beyond the building line, shall
