CO1��IUNITY DEVELOPMENT MEMORANDUM <br /> NO. 96-107 <br /> June 12, 1996 <br /> TO: Honorable Mayor Terry M. Howley and <br /> City Council Members <br /> FROM: Daniel R. Sommerfeldt, Acting City Manager <br /> George C. Weaver, Community Development Director • <br /> Robert A. McQueen, Senior Planner <br /> SUBJECT: Annexation of the following tracts: (1) 3370 Sun Court, (2) 3223 West Marietta <br /> Street and 998 Sunup Court, (3) 4560 Lakewood Avenue, and (4) 1625 South <br /> 44th Street. <br /> Valid petitions requesting annexation of the subject premises has been filed with the City Clerk's <br /> Office. In each case, the lot in question is developed with a single family dwelling, and the reason <br /> for requesting annexation is to obtain City water to serve the existing dwelling. <br /> The following data has compiled relative to the individual sites: <br /> Tract 1) 3370 Sun Court <br /> 1. Containing .78 acres, the lot is developed with a single family dwelling; <br /> 2. An existing watermain is adjacent to the lot; service is readily available. <br /> 3. Sanitary sewer service is not available; the existing dwelling is served by an individual <br /> septic tank system. The nearest sanitary sewer is located appro�mately one quarter <br /> mile to the west in the Richland Heights Subdivision. <br /> 4. Additional annual revenue of appro�mately $350.00 would become available from <br /> the combined total of real estate, motor fuel, and state income t�es. <br />
