ORDINANCE NO. 96-33 ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECTAL PERMIT PLANNED UNTT DEVELOPMENT -200 FEET WEST OF SOUTHWEST CORNER OF MOUND ROAD & TAYLOR STREET- WHEREAS, on the 4th day of April, 1996, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Steven Polen for a special use pernut for an B-2 Planned Unit Development on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: Lot Two (2) of Decatur Auto Auction Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 1832 Page 41 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, except the East 200 feet thereof; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend that said petition be granted. NOW, TI�REFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI� CITY OF DECATUR, II.LINOIS: Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, a special use permit be, and it is hereby granted to Steven Polen to develop the premises described above under a B-2 Planned Unit Development in accordance with the plat and plans hereto attached, marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. Section 3. That said permit be, and the same is hereby, expressly conditioned as follows: a. That one vehicular access point from Mound Road be established to serve both commercial lots as shown for development of office/commercial buildings; and, b. That vehicular access for the proposed automobile parking/storage lot be established directly across from the e�cisting access point serving the industrial development to the north.
