M• . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 96-33 <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECTAL PERMIT <br /> PLANNED UNTT DEVELOPMENT <br /> -200 FEET WEST OF SOUTHWEST CORNER <br /> OF MOUND ROAD & TAYLOR STREET- <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of April, 1996, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Steven Polen for a special use pernut for an <br /> B-2 Planned Unit Development on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described <br /> as follows: <br /> Lot Two (2) of Decatur Auto Auction Addition as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 1832 Page 41 of the records in the Recorder's <br /> Office of Macon County, Illinois, except the East 200 feet thereof; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did <br /> recommend that said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, TI�REFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI� CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, II.LINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, a special use permit be, and it <br /> is hereby granted to Steven Polen to develop the premises described above under a B-2 Planned <br /> Unit Development in accordance with the plat and plans hereto attached, marked Exhibit A and <br /> hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3. That said permit be, and the same is hereby, expressly conditioned as follows: <br /> a. That one vehicular access point from Mound Road be established to <br /> serve both commercial lots as shown for development of office/commercial <br /> buildings; and, <br /> b. That vehicular access for the proposed automobile parking/storage <br /> lot be established directly across from the e�cisting access point serving the <br /> industrial development to the north. <br />
