. . �. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 96-32 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> -200 FEET WEST OF SOUTHWEST CORNER <br /> OF MOUND ROAD & TAYLOR STREET- <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of April, 1996, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Steven Polen to rezone premises described as: <br /> Lot Two (2) of Decatur Auto Auction Addition as per Plat recorded in <br /> Book 1832 Page 41 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois, except the East 200 feet thereof, <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMII,Y RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMIV�RCIAL DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition <br /> be granted. <br /> NOW, TI�REFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY TI� CITY COUNCII. OF TI-� CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, II.LINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE <br /> FAMII,Y RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 CONIlV�RCIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in <br /> Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and <br /> all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the <br /> premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
