4, " i ORDINANCE NO. 96-29 ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE - CHAPTER 44 - - FIRE PREVENTION AND CONTROL - BE IT ORDAINED, BY TI� CITY COUNCIL OF TI-� CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That Chapter 44 of the City Code of the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby modified and amended at Section 5, paragraph F-3103.7 thereof, so that said paragraph F-3103.7, as modified and amended shall provide as follows: F-3103.7 Revocation: Any pernut issued hereunder may be revoked or suspended by the City Manager upon two (2) days notice in writing to the permittee of opportunity to be heard, for any violation by the permittee of the provisions of the Fire Prevention Code or the regulations duly adopted thereunder, and such suspension or revocation may be in addition to any fine imposed. For any third or subsequent violation of Chapter 44 occurring within twelve (12) months of the date of the first violation, the licensee's permit shall be revoked, and he shall be ineligible to receive a permit for the sale or purchase of fireworks for a period of twelve(12) months. Section 2. That Chapter 44 of the City Code of the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby further modified and amended at Section 7 thereof, so that said Section 7, as modified and amended shall provide as follows: 7. PERMIT APPLICATION FEE. Whenever by the provisions of Code or ordinance a permit is required to be obtained from the fire official, application for the same shall be made at the office of the Finance Department upon forms there furnished containing such information as may reasonably be required by the fire official to pernut the administration of said provisions and those connected therewith, which said application shall be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of Twenty-Five ($25.00) for a pernut to purchase fireworks , (for an approved display); and One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for a permit to '�, sell fireworks, unless a fee in excess thereof is otherwise expressly required by one of said provisions. Section 3. That Chapter 44 of the City Code of the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby modified and amended at Section 21, paragraph A. thereof, so that said Section 21, paragraph A., as modified and amended shall provide as follows:
