<br /> WI-IEREAS, on the 17th day of April, 1996, upon due notice, the Historical and Architectural �
<br /> Sites Commission held a public hearing upon a petition by Tem Stoa for the designation of 69� West �
<br /> Mound Road as a Landmark, as defined in Chapter 31 of the Ciry Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, and �i.
<br /> said 69� West Mound Road being legally described as sho�vn on E�chibit A attached hereto and hereby �
<br /> made a part hereof; and, �
<br /> 4�/F-��RF��S, +,►;����.,n,,�u:si�n�al �nd Archireco!ral Sites Commission recemmended that the
<br /> �
<br /> prayer of said petition be granted;
<br /> WEIEREAS, the o�timer of record of said premises have been notified in accordance with the
<br /> provisions fo said Chapter 31.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT BE ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ,
<br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS:
<br /> Section 1. Thnt the recommendation of the Decatur Historical and Architectural Sites Commisson
<br /> be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved.
<br /> Section 2. That the City Council hereby e�pressly finds that the above-described premises has
<br /> integrity of design and meets the criteria established in Sections 4 (a), (c), and(h) of said Chapter 31.
<br /> Section 3. That said described premises be, and the same is hereby, designated a Landmark and is
<br /> hereby subject to ail restrictions, limitations and controls applicable thereto under the provisions of said
<br /> Chapter 31.
<br /> Section 4. That the Director of Community Development be, and he is hereby, directed to send, -
<br /> directed to send, by regular mail, a certified copy of this ordinance to all o�vners of property included in the
<br /> bremises described herein.
<br /> Section �. That a certified copy of this Ordinance be recorded with the Recorder of Deeds of
<br /> Macon County, Illinois.
