i ' <br /> � ' <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 96-14 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 3535 NORTH WOODFORD STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of March, 1996 upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Gino Acciavatti to rezone premises <br /> described as: <br /> The East One-Half of the South 66.6 feet of Lot One (1) AND the <br /> East One-Half of Lot Two (2) Except the South 132 feet thereof in <br /> Northside Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 335 Page 182 of <br /> the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 <br /> SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and <br /> defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall <br /> apply to the premises above described herein. i <br /> Section 4. That the zoning of said premises as set out herein shall be shown and verified ' <br /> on the District Zoning Map as in such Ordinance No. 3512 provided and said Districts be, and <br /> they are hereby, amended and changed as herein set forth. <br />
