ORDINANCE NO. 96-10 ORDINANCE ADDING TERRITORY TO ENTERPRISE ZONE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TI-� CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 82-122 passed the 29th day of December, 1982, be, and the same is hereby, amended at Exhibit A thereof by adding to the end of said Exhibit the following: ALSO (Amendment 4): Beginning at a point on the West line of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of section 20-16-3 east of the 3rd PM and the North right-of-way of the CSX Transportation Railroad, thence Northwesterly on the North right-of-way of said railroad to the West line of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of section 20-16-3 east of the 3rd PM. Thence South on the West line of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said section 20, to the South line of lot 1 of Decatur Plaza as per Plat recorded in Book 1832 Page 187 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois e�ctended. Thence East on the South line of said lot 1 a distance of 182.5'. Thence North parallel with the West line of said lot 1 to the South right-of-way line of U. S. Route No. 36. Thence Southeasterly on the South right-of-way line of U. S. 36 to the Northwest corner of lot 4 of Airport Plaza as per Plat recorded in Book 1832 Page 482 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois thence North to the point of beginning. Section 2. That except as amended hereby the provisions of Ordinance No. 82-122 shall be, and remain, in full force and effect and shall apply to the premises herein described.
