ORDINANCE NO. 96-OS <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 73.1 - <br /> - CURFEW HOURS FOR MINORS - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCII. OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, <br /> modified and amended by adding thereto Chapter 73.1, said Chapter to be entitled "Curfew Hours <br /> for Minors" and to provide as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause <br /> the provisions hereof to be appropriately set out in the City Code and to cause the same to be <br /> published in pamphlet form according to law. <br /> Section 3.
