� <br /> : , <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 96-01 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 415 EAST ASH AVENUE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 1 st day of February, 1996, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of James Romano to rezone premises <br /> described as: <br /> All of the following described property except the South 200 feet <br /> thereof: Lot 2 of the North Half(N 1/2) of the Northwest Quarter ' <br /> (NW 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 26, <br /> Township 17 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M., as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 149, Page 601 of the records in the Recorder's <br /> O#�ice of Macon County, Illinois, except the South 330 feet of the <br /> West 66 feet of said Lot 2, situated in Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMII.Y RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 CONIMERCIAL DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, II,LINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br />, Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 <br /> SINGLE FAMII,Y RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 CONIlVIERCIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and <br /> defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall <br /> apply to the premises above described herein. <br />
