Contractor shall file with City, certified copies of the original policies or certificates oi'insurance setting forth the coverage, lirnits, and endorsements. A certificate of insurance shall include a statement "the coverage and limits conform to the minimums required by the City of Decatur for "C1TY OF DECATUR SINGLE STREAM RECYCLING PROGRAM" indicating the City's additional insured status. In no event shall any failure of City to receive certificates or to demand receipt be construed as a waiver of the Contractor's obligation to obtain and keep in force the required insurance. All costs for said insurance shall be considered incidental to this Contract. Coverage in the minimum amounts set forth herein shall not be construed to relieve Contractor from its obligation to indemnify the City in excess of the coverage according to the Contract.
