BACKGROUND: This is a quote to purchase two(2)Barracuda Web Filter appliances for installation on City computer networks at the Civic Center and Law Enforcement Center locations.City systems are currently using seven to ten year old web filtering technologies for internet access,which provide little to no protection from virus or malware attacks.The new devices include protection against these virus and malware attacks as well as robust filtering and reporting capabilities.In addition to the equipment,this quote also includes a one year subscription for antivirus/antimalware updates,as well as one year next day replacement support.
