� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 95-73 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> HISTORIC NEIGHBORHOOD USE <br /> - 560 WEST NORTH STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of December, 1995, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Wyllene Griffy to amend a special use <br /> permit previously autharized by Ordinance No. 92-17 dated February 17, 1992; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did <br /> recommend that said petition be granted and said special use permit be so amended. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said special permit be, and it is hereby, amended as follows: <br /> a. That Petitioner be allowed to expand the operation of an antique shop as a <br /> historic neighborhood use on premises commonly known as 560 West North Street, to include <br /> the second story of said structure; and, <br /> b. That Petitioner provide an additional two (2) off-street parking spaces to serve <br /> the proposed expansion, to be provided at all times on off-site premises within 300 feet of the <br /> subject property. <br /> Section 3. That except as modified by the provisions hereof, the heretofore ordained <br /> special use permit and the provisions of ordinance relating thereto as heretofore amended and <br /> modified remain in full force and effect and the same remains subject to all the conditions, <br /> limitations and restrictions set out in the ordinance aforesaid and the respective modifications <br /> and amendments thereto. <br />
