Bacon, Jr., City Manager <br /> Bruce A. McNabb, Director of Public Works <br /> 7ohn W. Couter, Corporation Counsel <br /> SUBJECT: Easements for Northwest Sanitary Sewer Extension Project <br /> The current Capital Budget contains the Northwest Sanitary Sewer Extension project. The <br /> purpose of this project is to extend an existing 12-inch sanitary sewer appro�cimately 1300 feet <br /> from the end of the Sanitary District's West Mound Trunk Sewer north to Arbor Drive, between <br /> Oakland and Taylor. The major purpose of this project is to serve current and future <br /> development. <br /> The completed design of the project calls for an easement on private property. The attached <br /> Resolution will enable the City to acquire this easement. <br /> Staff recommends approval of the Resolution and will be present at Monday's meeting to <br /> answer your questions. <br /> Attach. <br /> cc: Stephen P.
