. . , ORDINANCE NO. 95-67 ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL USE PERNIIT 1915 N. MARTIN L. KING JR. DRIVE WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of November, 1995, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of The Church of the Living God, for a special use permit under the provisions of Section XXI(A)(1)(k) of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur to allow the operation of a day care center on the following described premises in the City of Decatur, Illinois: PARCEL 1. Lots Four (4), Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7) in Block One (1) of Stare's Addition to the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 149 Page 129 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, except beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot Four (4) thence Southerly along the East line of Lots Four (4) and Five (5) to the Southeast corner of Lot Five (5), thence Northwesterly to a point on the North line of Lot Five (5), said point being 5.3 feet Westerly of the Northeast Corner of Lot Five (5), thence Northerly on a Line parallel with and 5.3 feet Westerly of the East line of Lot Four (4) to a point on the North line of Lot Four (4), thence Easterly along the North line of Lot Four (4) a distance of 5.3 feet to the point of beginning; also all that part of the East half of vacated alley West of and contiguous to Lot Four(4). PARCEL 2. The West 77'/z feet of Lot Three (3) in Block One (1) of Stare's Addition to the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 149 at page 129 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. Also, the East '/� of a vacated alley lying West of and contiguous to said Lot Three (3). PARCEL 3. Lot Seven (7) in Block Two (2) of Stare's Addition to the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 149 Page 129 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; also all that part of the West half of the vacated alley lying East of and adjoining said Lot Seven (7) in Block Two (2) of Stare's Addition to the City of Decatur. WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did recommend that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS:
