i , 4 , ORDINANCE N0. 95-65 ORDINANCE REGULATING PARKING -NORTH PARK STREET - - SOUTH PARK STREET - BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That in accordance with, and subject to, the applicable provisions of Chapter 34 of the City Code, when appropriate parking meters are installed thereat, diagonal vehicular parking on the south side of North Park Street and the south side of South Park Street, between North Franklin Street and North Water Street, shall be permitted. Section 2. That parking meters shall be installed in said zones which shall register not to exceed two (2) hours upon the insertion of the appropriate coins at the rate of 1/2 hour for each nickel, 1 hour for each dime, and 2 hours for each quarter of coin of the United States. Section 3. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than Two Dollars ($2.00) nor more than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for each offense. Section 4. That the provisions of all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance insofar as the same are in conflict with said provisions be, and they same are hereby, repealed.
