ORDINANCE NO. 95-63 <br /> ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING PLACEMENT OF BARRIERS <br /> -WEST MACON AND SOUTH MONROE STREETS - <br /> - COLLEGE AND WEST DECATUR STREETS - <br /> -ALLEY NORTH OF WEST MACON STREET - <br /> -ALLEY SOUTH OF WEST MACON STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be, and he is hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to cause barriers to be placed at the intersection of College Street and the north <br /> right-of-way line of West Decatur Street so as to prevent vehicular movement through said <br /> intersection. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Public Works be, and he is hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to cause barriers to be placed at the intersection of West Macon Street and the east <br /> right-of-way line of South Monroe Street so as to prevent vehicular movement through said <br /> intersection. <br /> Section 3. That the Director of Public Works be, and he is hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to cause barriers to be placed in the alley located north of West Macon Street at a point <br /> approximately 100 feet east of the east right-of-way line of South Monroe Street so as to prevent <br /> vehicular movement through said alley. <br /> Section 4. That the Director of Public Works be, and he is hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to cause barriers to be placed at the intersection of the alley located south of West <br /> Macon Street and the east right-of-way line of South Monroe Street so as to prevent vehicular <br /> movement through said intersection. <br /> Section 5. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of <br /> this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than <br /> Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br />
