That the offer of Fifty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($52,500) by <br /> Tom Domoras, far the purchase of property located 364 West William Street, Decatur, Illinois <br /> and legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received,placed on file and accepted. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest a Quit Claim Deed conveying said premises to Tom Domoras, <br /> and the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed, upon payment by said <br /> purchaser of the above-mentioned consideration, to cause said deed to be delivered to said <br /> purchaser. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 30th day of October, <br /> 1995. <br /> ----��. �. <br /> �ERRY M.
