a <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 95-55 <br /> ORDINANCE REGARDING PAY AND CERTAIN BENEFITS <br /> - POLICE SERVICE - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That effective May 1, 1995, and subject to the applicable provisions of <br /> existing ordinance or administrative order not inconsistent herewith, those positions assigned by <br /> ordinance or administrative order to pay grades or ranges in the police service be, and they are <br /> hereby, authorized to have attached thereto, and employees occupying said positions on May l, <br /> 1995, be, and they are hereby, authorized to be paid, the respective salary or wage set out for <br /> each such grade or range as shown on Exhibit A, said Exhibit A being attached hereto and hereby <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 30th day of October, <br /> 1995. <br /> r�y.�. <br /> TERRY M.
