� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 95-51 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 58 - <br /> - SECONDHAND STORES,AUCTION HOUSES AND RUMMAGE ROOMS - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Code of the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby, <br /> modified and amended by adding a new Section 17 thereto, and by renumbering the current <br /> Sections 17, 18 and 19 to become Sections 18, 19 and 20. The new Section 17 shall provide as <br /> follows: <br /> 17. PRICE LIMITATION. No licensee may re-sell any <br /> goods, commodities or appliances to the previous owner thereof <br /> for a price greater than the maximum allowable loan repayment on <br /> a pawn of the same goods, commodities or appliances under the <br /> Illinois Pawnbroker Regulation Act, and no service fee of any kind <br /> may be added thereto. <br /> Section 2.
