✓ <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 5''�Q <br /> AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING TWO-WAY TRAFFIC <br /> AND PROHIBITING PARKING <br /> - CHURCH STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COLJNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That north bound and south bound vehicular traffic be, and the same is hereby, <br /> permitted in, on and along Church Street between West Wood Street and West Eldorado Street <br /> for a period of six(6) months from the effective date hereof. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Public Works be, and he is hereby, authorized and <br /> directed, to cause appropriate signs to be placed in said street indicating that two-way traffic is <br /> permitted therein. <br /> Section 3. That when appropriate signs or markings are provided giving notice thereof, <br /> parking be, and it is hereby, prohibited on the west side of Church Street from the north <br /> right-of-way line of West Wood Street to the south right-of-way line of West Eldorado Street. <br /> Section 4. That the provisions of all ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this <br /> ordinance which insofar as the same do conflict therewith be, and the same are hereby, repealed. <br /> Section 5. That this Ordinance shall become effective October 11, 1995. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 2nd day of October, <br /> 1995. <br /> TE M.
