ORDINANCE NO. l � �\ .� ORDINANCE AMENDING SPECIAL USE PERNIIT - M-1 AND M-2 EXTRACTIVE USE - -EAST OF 1100 BLOCK OF SOUTH MONROE STREET- WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of August, 1995, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Vulcan Materials Company and Lugari Auto & Truck Service Center, owners of the premises described herein on Exhibit A hereto, to amend - and modify a special use permit for the extraction of sand and gravel granted by Ordinance No. 5991, and subsequently amended by Ordi�ance Nos. 87-115, 88-101, 92-62, 93-61 and 93-64; and, � WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend that the modification of said special use permit as requested be authorized. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCII, OF TI� CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That said special use permit be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended by increasing the area for sand and gavel extraction as set forth on Exhibits A and B attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. Section 3. That except as modified by the provisions hereof, the special use permit heretofore granted by Ordinance No. 5991 and subsequently amended by Ordinance Nos. 87-115, 88-101, 92-6�2 93-61 and 93-64 remains in full force and effect, and the same remains subject to all the conditions, limitations and restrictions set out in the ordinance aforesaid, as amended hereby.
