ORDINANCE NO. l � �\ <br /> .� <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING SPECIAL USE PERNIIT <br /> - M-1 AND M-2 EXTRACTIVE USE - <br /> -EAST OF 1100 BLOCK OF SOUTH MONROE STREET- <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of August, 1995, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Vulcan Materials Company and Lugari Auto <br /> & Truck Service Center, owners of the premises described herein on Exhibit A hereto, to amend <br />- and modify a special use permit for the extraction of sand and gravel granted by Ordinance No. <br /> 5991, and subsequently amended by Ordi�ance Nos. 87-115, 88-101, 92-62, 93-61 and 93-64; <br /> and, � <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend <br /> that the modification of said special use permit as requested be authorized. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCII, OF TI� CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said special use permit be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended <br /> by increasing the area for sand and gavel extraction as set forth on Exhibits A and B attached <br /> hereto and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3.
