� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � �� <br />, <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - SOUTHWEST CORNER OF WEST MOUND ROAD <br /> AND NORTH TAYLOR AVENUE- <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of August, 1995, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Robert G. Krimmel to rezone premises <br /> described as: , <br /> The East 200 feet of Lot Two (2) of Staley-Butt Addition as per <br /> Plat recorded in Book 1832 Page 252 of the records in the <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, ' <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FANIILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, TI-�REFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY TI� CITY COUNCII. OF TI� CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, II,LINOIS: <br /> - —Sech�n 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 <br /> SINGLE FAMII,Y RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING <br /> DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and <br /> defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall <br /> apply to the premises above described herein. <br />
