� ' <br /> CHAPTER 73 <br /> - OFFENSES - <br /> ADDITIONS AND ��:��5 <br /> 1. WORDS AND PHRASES. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, words and <br /> phrases used in this Chapter shall have and be given the same meaning and definition as set out in <br /> the Criminal Code of 1961 of the State of Illinois. <br /> 2. DEFINTTIONS. <br /> A. "Sexual genital stimulation" is-�eFe��-�e€r�e�-as means the touching or manipulating of <br /> the genitals, pubes, anus or breasts of a person in a manner intended to arouse, appeal to or <br /> gratify the lust, passion or sexual desire of a person. <br /> B. "Solicit" means to request an immediate donation of money or other thin� of value <br /> from another person, regardless of the solicitor's purpose or intended use of the money or other <br /> thin� of value. The solicitation mav be, without limitation bv the spoken written or printed <br /> word, or b,y other means of communication. <br /> C. "Aggressive manner" means and includes: <br /> (1) Intentionally or recklessly making an�physical contact with or touching <br /> another person in the course of the solicitation without the nerson's consent� <br /> (2) Followin,�, the person being solicited, if that conduct is: �) intended to or is <br /> likely to cause a reasonable person to fear imminent bodily harm or the commission of a criminal ' <br /> act upon property in the person's possession: or (ii) is intended to or is reasonabl,�ely to <br /> intimidate the person being solicited into responding affirmatively to the solicitation� <br /> (3) Continuin� to solicit within five (5) feet of the �erson bein� solicited after the <br /> person has made a negative response, if continuing the solicitation is: (i) intended to or is likely to <br /> cause a reasonable person to fear imminent bodily harm or the commission of a criminal act upon <br /> propertv in the person's possession: or (iil is intended to or is reasonably likely to intimidate the <br /> person bein� solicited into responding affirmatively to the solicitation• <br /> (4) Intentionally or recklesslv blocking the safe or free passage of the person being <br /> solicited or requirin�the person, or the driver of a vehicle, to take evasive action to avoid physical <br />
