R � <br /> 9. BREACH OF PEACE. It shall be unlawful for any person to do any act in such <br /> unreasonable manner as to alarm or disturb another and to provoke a breach of the peace, or to <br /> cause or permit in any manner loud and raucous sounds to be audible as such to any other <br /> premises or residence. <br /> 10. NOISE ON PUBLIC STREET. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or <br /> corporation while on any public street or highway to sell or advertise for sale any goods or <br /> products by sounding or permitting the sounding of any device which produces a loud and <br /> raucous noise, or by using any loud speaker, public address system, radio, sound amplifier or any <br /> other device to attract the attention of the public. <br /> 11. IMPERSONATION OF CITY EMPLOYEE. It shall be unlawful for any person <br /> to falsely represent himself to be an officer or employee of the City, or without being duly <br /> authorized by the City, exercise or attempt to exercise any of the duties, functions or powers of a <br /> City officer or employee, or to wear in public any uniform, or any badge, patch, device or other <br /> insignia, identical with or substantially similar in appearance to those worn by the officers or <br /> employees of any Department of the City as their offcial uniform or insignia. <br /> 12. INTERFERENCE WITH CITY EMPLOYEE. It shall be unlawful to interfere <br /> with or hinder any officer or employee of the City while he is engaged in the duties of his office or <br /> employment. <br /> 13. COIN BOXES. It shall be unlawful to insert or attempt to insert into the coin box of <br /> the money receptacle of any telephone, vending machine, weighing machine or any automatic <br /> service or merchandising machine or parking meter, any slug, button, wire, hook, or any <br /> implement or substance other than the coin, slug or substance designed for use in the operation of <br />
