� ' <br /> of the City, shall be prosecuted for such offense as principal and be subject to the same penalty as i <br /> if he or she had committed the offense directly. <br /> 20. UNLAWFiTI, SOLICTTATION. It shall be unlawful for an�person to solicit <br /> money or other things of value, or to solicit the sale of�oods or services: <br /> �a In an agZ;ressive manner in a public area; <br /> �b In anv public transportation vehicle or bus: <br /> (c) Within fifteen (15) feet of any entrance or exit of any financial institution or <br /> within fifteen (15) feet of any automated teller machine during the hours of operation of such <br /> financial institution. or automated teller machine without the consent of the'owner or other person <br /> le�ally in possession of such facilities. Provided, however, that when an automated teller machine <br /> is located within an automated teller machine facility, such distance shall be measured from the <br /> entrance or exit of the automated teller machine facility; or, <br /> (d) On private property if the owner, tenant. or lawful occupant has asked the <br /> person not to solicit on the propertv or has posted a si�n clearlv indicatine that solicitations are <br /> not welcome on the propertv. <br /> �- 21. PENALTY. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the <br /> provisions of this Chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than Five Hundred Dollars <br /> ($500.00) for each offense, and each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be <br /> considered a separate oi�ense. <br /> �- 22. OTHER REMEDIES. The fine provided for in Section �9 21 of this Chapter <br /> shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedy for any act or thing constituting a nuisance under <br /> the provisions hereof, or under the common law, or to bar or prohibit the exercise of remedies, <br /> other than fine, applicable thereto. <br />
