� r <br /> ► <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � '�J <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTION <br /> - DIVISION AND FOLK STREETS - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCII. OF TI� CITY OF DECATUR, I <br /> 1LLINOIS: I, <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected giving notice thereof, the driver of a <br /> vehicle on Folk Street approaching Division Street from either direction shall stop and yield the <br /> right-of-way to vehicles on Division Street which have entered the intersection of said streets or <br /> which are approaching so closely thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard, but said driver <br /> having so stopped and yielded the right-of-way may proceed at such time as a safe interval occurs. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of <br /> this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than <br /> Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3.
