r a ORDINANCE NO. �'T`� —3 5 ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT RECREATION AND AM[JSEMENT DEVELOPMENT - 2121 NORTH 22ND STREET- WHEREAS, on the 6th day of July, 1994, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Right Recreation, Inc. for a special permit under the provisions of Section XXI(A)(1)(e) of the Zoning Ordinance to use the premises described below for a recreation and amusement use, said premises being legally described as follows: Tracts 1 and 2: Commencing at a point 1289.77' East and 292.3' South of the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section One (1), Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Two (2) East of the 3rd P.M., thence, Westerly and parallel to the North line of said Quarter Quarter Section a distance of 405.00; thence Southerly and parallel with the West line of said Quarter Quarter Section a distance of 455.41; thence Easterly and parallel to the North line of said Quarter Quarter Section a distance of 404.91; thence Northerly 465.00' to the point of beginning. Tracts 3, 4 and 5: Commencing at a poi�t 884.77' East and 292.3' South of the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section One (1), Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Two (2) East of the 3rd P.M., thence, westerly and parallel to the North line of said quarter quarter section a distance of 378.77; thence Southerly and parallel with the West line of said Quarter Quarter section a distance of 455.41; thence Easterly and parallel to the North line of said Quarter Quarter Section a distance of 380.14; thence Northerly 455.41' to the point of beginning.
