Section 7. That said City Code be, and the same is hereby, further modified and amended at Section 1 of Chapter 7 thereof by substituting the phrase "Police and Fire Departments" for the phrase "Police and Fire Services" wherever the latter phrase appears therein. Section 8. That said City Code be, and the same is hereby, further modified and amended by substituting the phrase "Fire and Police Departments" for the phrase "Safety Services Department" in the following chapters and sections thereof wherever the latter phrase appears therein: Chapter- Section(sl 7 12; 16; 17 34 13 Section 9. That said City Code be, and the same is hereby, further modified and amended at Section 17 of Chapter 53 thereof by substituting the phrase "Police Departmental or Fire �� Departmental for the phrase Safety Services Department wherever the latter phrase appears therein. Section 10. That said City Code be, and the same is hereby, further modified and amended at Sections 4, 6 and 7 of Chapter 45 thereof by substituting the phrase "Police Service" for the phrase "Safety Services Department" wherever the latter phrase appears therein. Section 11. That said City Code be, and the same is hereby, further modified and amended at Sections 5, 6 and 8 of Chapter 45 thereof by substituting the phrase "Police Chief' for the phrase "Director of Safety Service" wherever the latter phrase appears therein. Section 12. That said City Code be, and the same is hereby, further modified and amended at Section 2 of Chapter 34 thereof so that as amended and modified said Section 2 of Chapter 34 shall provide as follows: "TRAFFIC AND PARKING COMNIISSION. There is hereby created a Traf�ic and Parking Commission consisting of nine members, of which five such members shall be citizen members to serve without compensation and the remaining members shall be representatives of the Department of Public Works, the Police Department, the Fire Department and the Department of Community Development, and shall be employees of the City of Decatur and said respective departments. The five citizen members shall serve for a term of three years and shall be appointed by the ', Mayor with the approval of the City Council.
