� � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 95-19 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 34 - <br /> - TRAFFIC - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCII. OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Section 26 B. of Chapter 34 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended, so that said Section 26 B. shall <br /> provide as follows: <br /> B. Those parking spaces designated by ordinance as truck <br /> parking zones, or truck loading or unloading zones when <br /> appropriate signs are erected giving notice thereof, sha11, between <br /> the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. of each day except Sunday <br /> and those holidays designated in this Chapter, be reserved for the <br /> parking of motor vehicles of the second division or any motor <br /> vehicle engaged in the actual loading or unloading of goods for <br /> nearby or adjacent businesses. During said time of said days, no <br /> vehicle other than a motor vehicle of the second division or a <br /> vehicle engaged in the actual loading or unloading of goods for <br /> nearby or adjacent businesses sha11 be parked or stopped and left <br /> standing in such zones, and vehicles allowed hereby to be parked in <br /> said zones shall be so parked during said time of said days only , <br /> when the same are being loaded or unloaded. Vehicles other than �I, <br /> motor vehicles of the second division or those vehicles engaged in <br /> the actual loading or unloading of goods for nearby or adjacent <br /> businesses may be parked in said zones after the hour of 3:00 p.m. <br /> and before the hour of 6:00 a.m. on each day of the week for a �I <br /> period of time not to exceed 30 minutes." <br /> Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause �, <br /> the provisions hereof to be appropriately set out in the City Code and to cause the same to be I, <br /> published in pamphlet form according to law. ' <br />
