Those parking spaces designated by ordinance as truck <br /> parking zones, or truck loading or unloading zones when <br /> appropriate signs are erected giving notice thereof, shall, between <br /> the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. of each day except Sunday <br /> and those holidays designated in this Chapter, be reserved for the <br /> parking of motor vehicles of the second division or any se��efs�� <br /> motor vehicle engaged in the actual loading or unloading of goods <br /> for nearby or adjacent businesses.
