� <br /> . a �. <br /> words "City Clerk" for the word "board" where the latter word second appears in said <br /> subsection; and by substituting the number "10" for the number "20". <br /> (1) Section PM-202.0 by inserting the following definition between the definition of <br /> "Rubbish" and "Structure": Smoke Detector: "Approved smoke detector" or "detector" means a <br /> smoke detector of the ionization or photoelectric type, which complies with all the requirements <br /> of the rules and regulations of the Illinois State Fire Marshal. <br /> Section PM-202.0 by amending the definition of "Family," so that as amended said <br /> definition provides as follows: "Family: Either: (a) Two or more persons, each related to the <br /> other by blood, marriage, or adoption, together with usual domestic servants and not more than <br /> one bona fide guest, all living together as a single housekeeping unit and using common kitchen <br /> facilities; or (b) Eight or fewer persons, a11 of whom are not necessarily related to each of the <br /> others by blood, mamage, or adoption, all living together as a single housekeeping unit and using <br /> common kitchen facilities. For purposes of this Ordinance, however, an unrelated family shall not <br /> include persons living together in a Residential-Care Home or Nursing Home." <br /> (m) PM 303.2 by inserting at the end of the first sentence a comma and the words "and <br /> to prevent water damage to the foundation of the structures located thereon". <br /> (n) PM 303.5 by inserting the following after the last sentence of this subsection: "The <br /> owner of any residential or non-residential structure shall be responsible for the externunation of <br /> any insects, rats, or other pests throughout the structure and on the e�erior of the property. <br /> Exception: The occupant of a single family dwelling shall be responsible for the <br /> e�ctermination of any insects, rats or other pests in the interior of the dwelling. If the single-family ' <br /> dwelling is vacant, extermination shall be the responsibility of the owner." <br />
