� � <br /> � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 95-10 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 66 - <br /> -REGULATION OF LAKE DECATUR- <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> II.LINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Section 17 of Chapter 66 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, <br /> be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended, by adding thereto subsection (z), said <br /> subsection(z) to provide as follows: <br /> (z) No person shall operate a personal watercraft or a <br /> specialty prop craft between the hours of sunset and sunrise. I, <br /> Section 2. That Section 54 of Chapter 66 of said City Code be, and the same is hereby, , <br /> also modified and amended, so that as modified and amended said Section 54 of Chapter 66 , <br /> provides as follows: 'i <br /> 54. CITATIONS. <br /> A. Whenever a Lake Patrol or full time Lake Management <br /> Division employee witnesses or has knowledge based on reasonable <br /> grounds of a violation by any person of any section of this Chapter, <br /> such person may be issued a citation for said violation by the Lake <br /> Patrol or full time Lake Management Division employee. <br /> B. A citation issued hereunder shall be in writing and shall: <br /> (1) State the name of the person being cited and said <br /> person's address, if known; <br /> (2) Set forth the specific section of this Chapter that was <br /> violated, the date of the violation, and a brief description of the <br /> violation; <br /> (3) State the amount to be paid to the City due to such <br /> violation and where and when such payment may be made; <br />
