• . .. <br /> CHAPTER 66 <br /> ADDITIONS AND <br /> 17. (z No person shall operate a personal watercraft or a <br /> specialt�prop craft between the hours of sunset and sunrise. <br /> 54. CITATIONS. <br /> A. Whenever a Lake Patrol or full time Lake Management <br /> Division employee witnesses or has knowledge based on reasonable <br /> grounds of a violation by any person of any section of this Chapter, <br /> such person may be issued a citation for said violation by the Lake <br /> Patrol or full time Lake Management Division employee. <br /> B. A citation issued hereunder shall be in writing and shall: <br /> (1) State the name of the person being cited and said <br /> person's address, if known; <br /> (2) Set forth the specific section of this Chapter that was <br /> violated, the date of the violation, and a brief description of the <br /> violation; <br /> (3) State the amount to be paid to the City due to such <br /> violation and where and when such payment may be made; <br /> (4) State that on failure to pay the amount of the citation in <br /> the time allowed as herein provided, said person will be subject to <br /> prosecution by the City; and, <br /> (5) Be signed by the issuing Lake Patrol or full time Lake <br /> Management Division employee. <br /> I <br />
