, ORDINANCE NO. ��- O �P - <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTION <br />, -NORTH 24TH STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY TI� CITY COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br />' Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected giving notice thereof, the driver of a <br /> vehicle on North 24th Street approaching East Locust Street from the north shall stop and yield <br /> the right-of-way to vehicles on East Locust Street which have entered the intersection of said <br />' streets or which are approaching so closely thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard, but said <br /> driver having so stopped and yielded the right-of-way may proceed at such time as a safe interval <br /> occurs. <br /> I Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of <br /> this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars $10.00 nor more than <br /> � ) <br /> Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3.
