� , <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �-s- O.� <br /> ' AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERT'Y I <br /> - MUELLER AVENUE - 1/4 MII.E EAST OF BRUSH COLLEGE ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, on the Sth day of January, 1995, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of George C. Weaver, Director of <br /> Community Development, to rezone premises described as: - <br /> The North five (5) acres of Lot Three (3) of Clark's Subdivision of <br /> a part of the East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 5 and a part <br /> of the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 5, all in Township <br /> 16 North, Range 3 East of the Third Principal Meridian, as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 300 Page 72 of the records in the Recorder's <br /> Office of Macon County, Illiriois, <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-2 HEAVY INDUSTRIAL <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCII. OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 <br /> SINGLE FAMII.Y RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-2 HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and <br /> defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall <br /> apply to the premises above described herein. <br />
