~ � i <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �� �`7 I <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 1000 EAST LOCUST STREET- <br /> VVf�REAS, on the Sth day of January, 1995, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Lomar Development Co. to rezone <br /> premises described as: <br /> Lots Nine (9), Ten (10) and Eleven (11) in Block Five (5) of <br />, Carver's Addition as per Plat recorded in Book T Page 238 of the <br />' records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMII.Y RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCII. OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur Cit Plan mmi ' n <br /> y Co ssio be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-3 <br /> SINGLE FAMII.Y RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and <br /> defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall <br /> apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4. That the zoning of said premises as set out herein shall be shown and verified <br /> on the District Zoning Map as in such Ordinance No. 3512 provided and said Districts be, and <br /> they are hereby, amended and changed as herein set forth. <br />
