Alling, 406 First of <br /> America Building, Decatur, Illinois 62523. <br /> The name and address of the property owner is Lomar Development Co., a Corporation_ <br /> The petitioner owns the following described property adjacent to the property sought to <br /> be rezoned: Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block Five (5) of Carver's Addition are <br /> owned by the petitioner and lie to the East of the premises sought to be rezoned. <br /> The purpose of the proposed rezoning is to confirm the existing non-conforming use of <br /> the building located on Lot Nine (9) as a light manufacturing facility and to permit <br /> storage of industrial materials on Lots Ten (10) and Eleven (11), all in Block Five (5) <br /> of Carver's Addition. <br />
