ORDINANCE NO. �— �-� ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPIVIENT . - 646 WEST-PERSHING ROAD AND 16 MAHNKE DRIVE - WHEREAS, on the Sth day of January, 1995, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of C. Michael Murphy and Sushant K. Sinha for a special use pernvt for an R-3 and O-1 Planned Unit Development on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3) in E. K. Mahnke Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 300 Page 248 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findin�s and did recommend that said petition be denied. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, II.LINOIS: Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be received, placed on file and disapproved. Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, a special use permit be, and it is hereby granted to C. Michael Murphy and Sushant K. Sinha to develop the premises described above under an R-3 and O-1 Planned Unit Development in accordance with the plat and plans hereto attached, marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. Section 3. That prior to issuance of any building permits for a specific use, complete site and construction plans including storm sewers, sanitary sewers, watermains, fire hydrants, vehicular access, parking lots, streets, landscaping and signage be submitted to and approved by the Director of Community Development and Director of Public Works. Section 4. That said special use permit granted hereby be, and it is hereby, made subject to the applicable provisions and rec�uirements of Ordinance No. 3512, the same being the Zonin� Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois, and that the Zoning Map of said City be amended in accordance therewith.
