' ,� � �, <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �-� 0 � <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 646 WEST PERSFIING ROAD - <br /> Vl'I-�REAS, on the Sth day of January, 1995, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of C. Michael Murphy and Sushant K. Sinha <br /> to rezone premises described as: . <br /> Lots One (1) and Two (2) in E. K. Mahnke Addition as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 300 Page 248 of the records in the Recorder's <br /> Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMII.Y RESIDENCE DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be denied. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur Cit�� Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and disapproved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-3 <br /> SIIvGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and <br /> defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zonin�� <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall <br /> apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4. That the zoning of said premises as set out herein shall be shown and verified <br /> on the District Zoning Map as in such Ordinance No. 3512 provided and said Districts be, and <br /> they are hereby, amended and changed as herein set forth. <br />
