Ili <br /> t + <br /> RESOLUTION NO.R2000-260 I <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF ENGAGEMENT LETTER FOR CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTING STANDARDS BOARD 34 <br /> -IMPLEMENTATION - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Engagement Letter for consulting services for implementation of <br /> Government Accounting Standards Board 34 be, and it is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Engagement Letter of Pandolfi, Topolski, Weiss and Co., Ltd. be <br /> accepted accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
