WAIVER <br /> No waiver of any default by Lessee shall be implied by Lessor's failure to take any <br /> action on account of such default. One or more waivers by Lessor shall not <br /> constitute a waiver of a subsequent breach of the same term or condition. <br /> XXV. NOTICES <br /> Any notice under this Lease shall be deemed sufficiently given if sent by certified <br /> mail to the Lessee at the Leased Premises and to the Lessor at the address then fixed <br /> for payment of rent. Either may designate a different address to which notices shall <br /> be sent. Notices shall be deemed received the day following the date mailed. <br /> XXVI. ATTORNEY FEES <br /> Upon default of Lessee, Lessee shall pay Lessor's reasonable attorney fees incurred to <br /> enforce this Lease. Upon default of Lessor, Lessor shall pay Lessee's reasonable <br /> attorney fees incurred to enforce this Lease. <br /> XXVII.
