That the closure and detour sha11 be marked according to the Illinois Manual I <br /> on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. <br /> Section 6. That the City of Decatur hereby agrees to assume all liabilities and pay all <br /> claims for any damage which shall be occasioned by the closing described above and to hold <br /> harmless the State of Illinois from all claims arising from the requested road closings. <br />' Section 7. That when the Chief of Police requests a community event road closing with <br /> the State of Illinois, said request shall be submitted approximately ten (10) days prior to said <br />, closure along with a description of the closure to the Illinois Department of Transportation and <br /> that all emergency agencies be notified of the proposed road closure. <br /> Section 8.
