� The Project Manager at Armor Shield will be Mr. Russell Goodiel. Mr. Goodiel has provided � <br /> � - oversight and documented underground storage tank (UST) removals at approximately 150 sites. , <br /> Approximately 60 of these sites have received No Further Remediation letters that were achieved <br /> through similar site investigations. Mr. Goodiel will be the Project Manager for this proposed <br /> project. He will be responsible for ensuring that reports and activities at the site comply with <br /> IEPA requirements. He will select boring locations and samples to be submitted to the laboratory <br /> for chemical analysis. Mr. Goodiel will also ensure that the proposed activities do not exceed the <br /> proposed budget. He will review the Corrective Action Completion Report to ensure that all of <br /> the required information is contained in the CACR and is clear and concise. <br /> Mr. Todd Hogan is a geologist for Armor Shield of Illinois and will be on-site during all drilling <br /> activities. Mr. Hogan will be responsible for logging soil conditions at the site, collecting <br /> required soil samples and will also assist in preparation of all required technical reports. Mr. <br /> Hogan will also be Fesponsible for notification and mobilization of all subcontractors. Mr. Hogan <br /> has performed the above activities at over 30 sites and assisted in the acquisition of No Further <br /> Remediation letters at those sites. <br /> Ms. Carole Roper, Secretary, will be responsible for all data entry, typing of reports, copying of <br /> reports and submission of the reports to the IEPA and other interested parties. <br /> Mr. Charles Meyer,Professional Engineer(P.E.), will review all reports submitted to the IEPA <br /> for accuracy and completeness. Mr. Meyer will also certify as to the site conditions based on <br /> results confirmed during Site Investigation drilling activities. Mr. Meyer has served as the P.E. <br /> on over 20 sites that have achieved a No Further Remediation letter through Site Classification. <br /> 9 <br />
