! � <br /> PART III <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Section 1. Public Benefit 'I <br /> The Grantee is a governmental entity providing library and bookmobile services to <br /> 50,000 people annually. The bookmobile allows the Grantee to not only serve inner city <br /> neighborhoods and schools, but the outlying reaches of�the city as well, taking valuable <br /> resources to child care centers, apartment complexes, mobile home parks, and nursing <br /> homes. The Grantee will replace the small bookmobile with a new one that has <br /> self•contained electricity and a rest room. <br /> Section 2. Grant Tasks � <br /> The Grantee shall, in accordance with Part I hereof, utilize Grant funds to purchase and <br /> equip a bookmobile. <br />
