Stakes, instruments, materials, <br /> blueprints, copies, etc., shall be billed at actual cost. <br /> "Sub-contract Expenses" such as special consultants for computer programming, renderings, <br /> special testing, etc., are billed at 110%. <br /> These rates are subject to change upon reasonable and proper notice. <br /> Pursuant to the requirements of Federal Reserve Regulation "A" as applicable to "Truth-in- <br /> Lending," a one percent(1%) monthly service charge will be added to accounts which are thirry <br /> (30) days old, computed from the original invoice date, subject to laws of state in which Client's <br /> office is located. This constitutes an annual percentage rate of twelve percent(12%) and is <br /> charged on the unpaid balance as of the end of the previous billing period. <br />
