A complete description of the project components. <br /> 2. An assessment of the degree of success achieved by the project. <br /> 3. A description of all promotional and publicity activities involved in the project. This should <br /> include copies of all newspaper articles, handouts, news releases, etc. <br /> 4. Resumes for the principal individuals engaged in the project <br /> 5. At least six copies of any publications including brochures, guidebooks,newsletters, planning <br /> documents, videotapes, or any other items prepared for distribution or implementation as local <br /> policy. In the case of large documents, such as comprehensive plans with a limited press run, <br /> one copy will suffice unless otherwise requested by the State Historic Preservation Officer <br /> (SHPO). <br /> 6. A discussion of the problems that were encountered in the implementation of the project. <br /> 7. Fiscal Report: <br /> i. Final work-cost breakdown (Actual vs. Planned). <br /> Item Budgeted Actual Cost Difference <br /> Amount <br /> TOTAL <br /> ii.
