R ekin, Assistant City Engineer�/A-� <br /> !�J <br /> SUBJECT: Sanitary Sewer Easement <br /> McDonald's Corporation <br /> The McDonald's Corporation is currently reconstructing their restaurant at 1835 East <br /> Eldorado Street. In order to accommodate the relocation of the building, the City agreed to allow <br /> McDonald's to relocate an existing sanitary sewer. The sewer was relocated from an alley that <br /> the City has vacated and to the perimeter of the McDonald's property. The City has ownership <br /> and maintenance responsibilities of this relocated sewer. <br /> Attached for your review is an easement for the relocated the sewer. The En�ineering <br /> Division has reviewed this easement and recommends its approval. <br /> City Staff will be in attendance at the City Council meeting to answer questions that <br /> Council members may have. <br /> attach: 2 <br /> cc: Phillip Wilhelm, Municipal Services Manager <br />
