Under terms of the original agreement, executed September 29, � <br /> 1999, the City has the authority to extend the contract 4 times for a period of one year each time. <br /> The current agreement will expire on September 30, 2000. <br /> Staff recommends approval of the attached resolution extending the agreement for an additional <br /> year, through September 30, 2001. <br />
